Joip Mobile services & features: Joip Mobile is a feature rich application that lets you call worldwide (from anywhere in the world) from your mobile phone over GSM and Wi-Fi networks simply and cheaply.
Features include: Outbound calls, balance display, call log, check call rate, contacts list and favorite numbers list (Features are dependent on your phone’s operating system.)
Calls made using the Joip Mobile application do not use the minutes provided to a consumer under his or her wireless plan and can be made directly from a consumer's mobile phone address book.

***** Branding
The following elements will be branded with CUSTOMER’s logo, look and feel:
• Order Website
• Member Center
• Mobile Application
• Automated emails
The deltathree logo will not be shown on the websites or application. Only your logo will be shown.
*****Mobile Application
deltathree will re-brand the Mobile Application and certify the application as required for you.
*****Website Development
deltathree will development and host the Order website and Member Center for CUSTOMER. The sites will be developed to CUSTOMER’s specifications.
*****End User Billing
Billing plans and additional charges will be configured according to CUSTOMER’s desired requirements.
*****Ecommerce Merchant Account
End user payments will be processed through CUSTOMER’s merchant account. The merchant account must be supported by deltathree’s payment gateway, Cyber Source.
*****Reporting
deltathree will provide CUSTOMER with the following daily data extracts:
Call records
Customer Transactions
Customer Snapshot
*****Customer Support
Tier 1 and Tier 2 support will be provided by CUSTOMER through deltathree’s Customer Service Interface (CSI).
Tier 3 and Tier 4 support will be provided by deltathree. Escalations to Tier 3 will be via deltathree’s Right Now Trouble Ticketing system.
*****End User Ownership
All End Users will remain the sole property of CUSTOMER exclusively. deltathree will not have any contractual relationship or obligation towards any of CUSTOMER’s End Users.
Invoicing and Payment
*****Deltathree will invoice CUSTOMER on a monthly basis according to agreed Pricing Schedule
*****Set up Fee's for the Joip Mobile Platform will be outlined in the Joip Mobile Reseller Proposal we will send to you upon request along with country rate per minute and amounts charged per user.
